Since the LowDown Classic helmet features a full coverage design with molded ear sections that come further down then most helmets, putting it on and taking it off can take a little getting used to. Don't be afraid to take a hold of each side of the helmet by the retention straps and gently pull the ear pieces of the helmet away from your head as you put your helmet on and take it off. Yes, we offer a One-Year Warranty if a helmet is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace at our option free of charge. Please review the Owner's Manual for full details.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt of any item in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Use only mild soap, water and non-abrasive cloths to clean the shell, pads and retention system of your helmet. Let your helmet dry at room temperature only. Once fully dry, place your helmet in the LowDown Carry bag that it came with. The LowDown Carry bag also works great to buff the helmet shell and take your helmet to and from the mountain.
